FAQ

Are my captures private?
UtilVox utilizes edge processing. Your images are never stored on our servers — they stay in your browser session.
Is there a page limit?
Free users can compile up to 30 screenshots. Pro nodes support unlimited batching and priority compilation.
Can I reorder pages?
Yes. Simply drag and drop thumbnails in the workspace to rearrange the sequence before generation.
Does it preserve resolution?
Our engine maintains the original pixel density of your screenshots, ensuring high-quality output.

From Screen to Submittable Document

When screenshots need to become PDFs

Portals and offices ask for documents, not image files — and some things only exist on a screen:

Capture quality decides document quality

A PDF can't add detail the screenshot didn't have. Capture at full resolution (don't screenshot a zoomed-out page), make sure the text you need is readable in the image, and crop away unrelated browser chrome with the cropper before converting. For multi-shot sequences, name files in order — 01, 02, 03 — so the PDF assembles correctly.

Same family, different inputs

This tool is tuned for screen captures; photos from a camera roll do better through JPG to PDF, which handles mixed sizes and orientations. Appending the converted screenshots to an existing document — a complaint letter, an application — is a merge, and oversized results shrink in the compressor.
