Convert Excel to PDF Online: Choose Sheets, Page Size, and Layout
Convert an Excel workbook to PDF, choose which sheets to include, set page layout options, and check the exported pages before sharing.
Converting a spreadsheet to PDF makes a fixed-layout copy that is easier to share or print. Before exporting, decide which worksheets belong in the document and check whether wide tables need landscape orientation or a different page size.
Convert a workbook with selected sheets
- Open UtilVox Excel to PDF and select an
.xlsxor.xlsmworkbook within the tool’s displayed size limit. - Review the detected worksheet names and choose all sheets or only the ones needed in the PDF.
- Select page size and orientation. Use landscape for wide tables when it improves readability.
- Choose the available layout settings, convert, then open the PDF and inspect every page.
Prevent cut-off columns and unexpected pages
A spreadsheet’s on-screen grid does not automatically translate into a readable page. Check the print area, column widths, repeated headers, and page breaks in the exported PDF. If text is too small after fitting a wide sheet to one page, use landscape orientation or split the report across pages instead of shrinking it until it is unreadable.
What to review in the output
- Are the intended worksheets present and in the expected order?
- Are row and column headings visible where needed?
- Are totals and notes included rather than clipped at the edge?
- Does the PDF contain any hidden or sensitive worksheet that should be excluded?
The converter creates the PDF from the spreadsheet you select. It does not validate formulas, check financial results, or decide which sheets should be shared. Review the workbook and output before sending the file.
